Certified Destination Wedding Specialist. So leave all the
preparations and concerns alone and do what matters the most - Relax

A TPI - Tropical Escapes Destination Wedding
Specialists will reduces the stress of planning your
special day, by assisting the couple with finding
the the beautiful destination the perfect resort and
the romantic wedding package to suit their needs.

Starting the process.
If the couple
agree that they would like TPI Tropical Escapes
to plan and book their destination wedding and
travel plans then a $50.00 commitment deposit is
required (see below).
Choose the destination.
Choosing the destination is always the hardest, but
most exciting part. Couples typical spend many month
looking though brochures and internet sites,
searching for the ideal destination. All too often
getting frustrated with the process. I will take the
guess work out of the process by researching
destinations and resorts,
wedding locations and
package
and provide you with
three choice that will suit the couples needs and
interest. (based on kid's friendly, adults only,
budget and location).
Save
the date cards.
This is a great time to send out save the date cards
to friend s and family inviting them to join you on
your special day, the cards will give them an ideal
of approximately when and where the wedding will
take place and state that more detail will follow
but if they are interested to contact TPI Tropical
Escapes for details.

Coordinating the group travel.
Most Tour
operators require 10 adults to travel from the same
departure city to be considered as a group. If you
feel you will have enough guest, then I will request
group rates from suppliers and negotiate the best
group price and packages for top three choices. Once
we receive these quotes and you have made a decision
resort and available dates. I will book the travel
arrangements for you and your group, I will consult
with your guest and collect all information needed
to make sure that they have the travel arrangements
booked specific to their needs, receive payments and
making sure that they are aware of the travel
documents requirement when traveling out of country
Booking the wedding date and packages.
I will contact and
communicate with the resorts wedding coordinator to
ensure that wedding date and packages are booked,
make sure that the couple is aware of all legal
requirements and stay in touch until your return.
Personal Wedding Websites.
Once the group
travel booking is complete, I will provide you with
a Free Personal Wedding Website for 1 year - It's my
wedding gift to you and a big thank
you for allowing me to book you special day with me.

Commitment Deposit
** After the initial
consultation, and to continue with the planning process. A
$50.00 commitment deposit is required and applied towards
the final payment, in the event should a booking not take
place or the booking is cancelled prior to final payment,
the deposit will be retained for my services provided.
Please keep in mind it is not a fee, it is simply your way
of showing me that you are serious about having me dedicate
and commit a considerable amount of time and expertise to
help ensure your Destination Wedding Is A Dream Come True.

To prove how much I love
planning and making dream
weddings come true. It
started 10 yrs ago when my
husband and I wanted to have
a destination wedding, no
one at the time had any
ideal where to start or what
was needed to be done to get
married away from home, so
after many months of
research, I planned and
booked our Hawaiian Wedding.
After realizing that there
must be other couples that
are dreaming of that
destination wedding but have
no ideal where to go or what
to do, that is when I decide
to become a travel agent and
a destination wedding
specialist, I wanted to
become that source to make
sure that dream weddings
come true. I am a very big
romantic at heart and take
it serious, That is one of
the reasons that we try to
renew our vows every year.
Not only do I get to
re-marry my soul mate again
and again in the most
beautiful and romantic
places. It also gives me a
chance to experience the
