Company.
My main focus is to
ensure that you will receive the most memorable
dream wedding that you have been imagining.
I
will reduces the stress of planning your special
day, by assisting you with finding the
beautiful destination, the perfect resort and the
romantic wedding package.

Starting the process.
If the couple
agrees that they would like TPI - Tropical Escapes
to plan and book your destination wedding and
travel plans then a commitment deposit is
required (see below).
Choose the destination.
Choosing the destination is always the hardest, but
most exciting part. Couples typical spend many month
looking though brochures and internet sites,
searching for the ideal destination. All too often
getting frustrated with the process. I will take the
guess work out of the process by researching
destinations and resorts,
wedding locations and
package
and provide you with
three choice that will suit the couples needs and
interest. (based on kid's friendly, adults only,
budget and location).
Save
the date cards.
This is a great time to send out save the date cards
to family and friend's inviting them to join you on
your special day, the cards will give them an ideal
of approximately when and where the wedding will
take place and state that more detail will follow
but if they are interested to contact TPI Tropical
Escapes for details. This allow them to
start planning and save for the occasion.
Coordinating the group travel.
Most Tour
operators require 10 adults to travel from the same
departure city to be considered as a group. If you
feel you will have enough guest, then I can request
group rates from suppliers and negotiate the best
group price and packages for top three choices. Once
we receive these quotes and you have made a decision
on resort and available dates. I will book the travel
arrangements for the group, I will consult
with the guest and collect all information needed
to make sure that they have the travel arrangements
booked specific to their needs, receive payments and
making sure that they are aware of the travel
documents requirement when traveling out of country
Booking the wedding date and packages.
I will contact and
communicate with the resorts wedding coordinator to
ensure that wedding date and packages are booked,
make sure that the couple is aware of all legal
requirements and stay in touch until they return.

Commitment Deposit
**
After the initial
consultation, and to continue with the
planning process. A
$50.00 commitment deposit is required and applied towards
the final payment, in the event should a booking not take
place or the booking is cancelled prior to final payment,
the deposit will be retained for my services provided.
Please keep in mind it is not a fee, it is simply your way
of showing me that you are serious about having me dedicate
and commit a considerable amount of time and expertise
to
ensure your Destination Wedding Is A Dream Come True.

To prove how much I love
planning and making dream
weddings come true. It
started about 10 yrs ago
when my husband and I wanted
to have a destination
wedding. At that time, no
one had any idea where to
start or what was required
to have a wedding away from
home. After many months of
research, I planned and
booked our destination
wedding in Hawaii. After
realizing that there must be
other couples that are
dreaming of a destination
wedding but have no idea
where to go or what to do,
is when I decide to become a
travel agent and a
destination wedding
specialist and I started my
Destination Wedding and
Honeymoon Planning Company.
I am a big romantic at heart
and that is one of the
reasons that we try to renew
our vows every year. Not
only do I get to re-marry my
soul mate again and again in
the most beautiful and
romantic places, this also
gives me a chance to
experience the destinations
first hand. It’s important
for me to get to know the
culture, get acquainted with
the local wedding
coordinators and become
knowledgeable with the
marriage requirements and
other destination info. I
have a strong commitment,

destination wedding in
Hawaii we have renewed our
vows In Punta Cana Dominican
Republic, Las Caletas in
Puerto Vallarta, Varadero,
Cuba, at a drive-thru
wedding chapel in Las Vegas
and recently in Los Cabos.
