We stayed at the Hawaiian Waikiki Beach Hotel. It has now been changed
to Resort Quest Waikiki Beach Towers. Our room was on the 20th floor in
the main tower. The room and bathroom were clean and functional with a
comfortable queen size bed. It was decorated in light tropical colors. It
included AC, TV with pay movie, mini fridge, telephone, radio, in room safe.
It was furnished with a small table and chairs inside and also on the
balcony that over looked the beach and great views of the most wonderful
sunsets. There was a continental breakfast which is your basic muffins, danishes,
toast, juice and coffee. The hotel service we received was superb, the staff were friendly and
helpful - nothing was too much trouble - you were made to feel welcome from
the check in staff through to the pool and room attendants - all are very
professional This hotel is ideally located on the scenic Diamond Head end of Waikiki overlooking the world famous Waikiki Beach and within walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium and The International Market Place The beach is a soft gold sand and the ocean is warm and shallow for along time. There is a break water that makes it safe for children to play in with no worries of rough waters |

We needed to go get our marriage license at the Health Department, so we hopped on a bus and headed down town. With $50.00 and picture ID we received our marriage license in about 15 mins.
After the ceremony we "stripped Down" and had some wonderful fun sunset pictures taken.
We order a lobster supper on room service and had a celebration supper on our balcony as we watched the fireworks. A special touch to end a special day |

We toured down town and checked out the statues of King Kamehamha & Queen Lili Uokani, Palace Lonani, Aloha Tower Market Place, Ala Moana Mall and Marina
