Couples must reside in Turks and Caicos Island at least 48 hours
before applying for the marriage licence. The licence is
processed in a day or two. The licence fee is US$100 plus $20
for the marriage certificate. Original documents to be produced
in person are : passport, birth certificate, proof of status,
letter stating both parties occupations, marital status, age as
of lat birthday, present address of residence and father's full
name. Couples should have photocopies of all the original
documents as well. All copies need to be certified by notary. |
