Huatulco is a coastal paradise with crystalline waters and various types of sand. It is located 171 mi from Oaxaca and 50 minutes, by plane, from Mexico City.  This destination has nine bays, which are protected areas, and 36 beaches, which are part of the Bahias de Huatulco National Park. Most of the beaches have calm blue-green waters, such as those at the Tangolunda Bay, where you'll find top-notch hotel resorts, excellent plazas and one of the best golf courses on the Pacific coast. Another popular beach destination is the Santa Cruz Bay, considered one of the most important ecological reserves due to its coral reefs. Requirements
Although marriage requirements vary from state to state in Mexico, the following are "Musts" throughout, contact wedding planner for more details:
* A passport with tourist card or certified copies of birth certificate. and should be translated to Spanish

* An application stating the couple wishes to marry (available at Civil Registry)

*  Blood test done in Mexico
*  4 witness with valid passport and tourist card
*Couples must perform a civil ceremony in order to be recognized as married, and may be performed at the Oficina del Registro Civil (Civil Registry) or elsewhere for a fee of $100.- $250.00
* Proof Divorce /Death certificate
*  3 business day  waiting period.
